With each day and each seemingly small action, we have the opportunity to improve or neglect our potential. TOP 5 WAYS TO INCREASE YOUR BELIEF (and in turn your RESULTS!)

In fact my husband and I watch very little TV period. I strongly recommend you consider the same. We are constantly bombarded with negativity of life, and pessimistic friends and family. One way to decrease the negativity and in turn the limiting beliefs that come with them, is to TUNE OUT as much as you can.

(5) YOUR NETWORK IS THE EQUIVALENT OF YOUR NET-WORTH. No matter how hard you work to develop your mindset to overcome limiting beliefs, if you are spending much of your time with friends that aren’t motivated to improve themselves and live into their higher potential, you’re working against yourself. You may have heard it said that your income is the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. What does that mean for you?

If you actually implement these simple – yet powerful – ideas, you will notice an increase in your belief within days. The trick is that the things that are easy to do are also easy not to do…
